I have a Water Furnace Geothermal Heat pump with radiant in floor as Stage 1. Stage 2 heat is using our ductwork (normally for A/C) to supply hot air heat when the thermostat detects a lag or significant temperature difference. There is no stage 3. The furnace itself (not the thermostat) senses through the Symphony software when Stage 4 heat is needed. That is an IBC boiler that injects hotter water directly into the radiant tank , based on really cold ambient temperatures. I live in upstate NY where it often drops below zero in winter. I also have central A/C (1 stage).
Zone-wise, my house has 5 zones for heat only radiant 1 stage only in individual rooms. These thermostats that now have C wires and the Nest 2020 thermostat is working great on each of the 5 zones. My other 2 zones are the main ones and I tried to install the Nest 2020 thermostat on my 2 complicated heat/A/C zones, described above, but the compatibility checker says no. I have 7 wires on my current Honeywell thermostat with top labels conventional and bottom for heat pump:
Black: labelled W2 top labelled Aux on bottom
Green labelled G top labelled G on bottom
White labelled W labelled O/B on bottom
Blue labelled C labelled C on bottom
Yellow labelled Y labelled Y on bottom
Red labelled R labelled R on bottom
Brown labelled Rc labelled Rc on bottom
What thermostat do I need for these 2 zones? Is the Nest 2020 an option at all? If not, is the Nest Learning Thermostat an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I prefer to keep everything on the Nest system.
Thanks to everyone for listening.

Hi Randy01,
Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation only and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as shown:
Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Zoe
