Nest Learning Thermostat not working

Hello Forum I’m a little frustrated because my nest thermostat just stopped working on my nest app. It works when your at the device. My Nest Thermostat reported no errors".   It is connected WiFi. I have tried all suggestions including restarting and resetting both the Nest Thermostat and phone app. Charged it 100%. It still won’t work.  My App sates it is connected however the app shows no options to change anything.

• Can you see your Google Nest Learning Thermostat device in the Nest app when you open it?
• Have you recently changed your Wi-Fi provider or settings?
