Nest Learning Thermostat

Since my previous thread was closed and I still haven't been contacted, I'm starting a new one.  My case is ID 8-1294000034264.  I've reset the thermostat to full factory reset but it doesn't find ANY wifi networks.  This is under warranty and I need a new one.  How can I get some help and actually have someone contact me.
