Nest Learning Thermostat

I have tried multiple ways to connect back to my wifi and nothing has worked. I purchased my thermostat Feb 2021 and have never had an issue. All of my Alexa devices and other wifi equipment connect just fine. Can someone assist me with this?

I am wondering if you tried to change your Wi-Fi router and have it assigned a reserved address for your nest thermostats MAC address? I have had to do this on a couple systems where the dynamic hose configuration protocol (DHCP) lease seems to get corrupted, and then then the nest seems to not be able to connect. Typically this is simply corrected by restarting the Wi-Fi router, and rebooting the nest thermostat.

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for the input, @CoolingWizard.

@Avasquez23,  I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat back to your Wi-Fi network. A few questions to isolate: does your thermostat find any Wi-Fi networks available? Are you getting any message codes or reports in the network settings? Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Mark
