Hello - I recently moved into a new house and installed a newly purchased Nest Learning thermostat. Things operate normally but then approximately every two weeks it disconnects from wifi and reports it has low battery. It will then charge some more and work properly but then report low battery again a short time later. I have taken it off the wall and charged it via USB for 2 hours and it works again for about two weeks before low battery again.
I've connected the Y1, G, Rc and W1 wires the same as the old thermostat, and removed the Rh-Rc jumper the old thermostat had. I'm seeing a lin of 40 mA which I had read should be plenty to maintain charge.
Any advice?
