Nest Thermonstats won't turn on AC anymore after factory reset

Just moved to a new house with existing Nest Thermostats. Since the previous owner doesn't remove the device from his account, we have to reset the thermostats. The AC works before the reset but after resetting everything, the AC doesn't turn on anymore. It might be because of some configuration issues. Could anyone please help?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or code on your thermostat? Please take a photo of the wires connected to it and share it with us. 

Nest learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Turn the ring and look for Equipment.
3. Check if all the wires are detected by the thermostat.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Equipment.
3. It will show you which wires your system has and current power information.
