Hi,
I've got myself into a bit of a mess here. I have changed my Wi-Fi network and when i came to change the network on my Thermostat, it is asking for my 4 digit pin code. I don't know this pin code.
I have tried to find the pin code on the NEST app but it is not shown. I do not have the Thermostat set up on Google Home.
I have tried resetting the stat by holding down for 10 seconds, but when it reboots, i still have the same problem.
I have tried to remove the thermostat from the App and to reinstall as a new device, but it still wants the 4 digit code.
Any ideas would be much appreicated.

@mcd1 , when you first installed your nest thermostat you were asked to set a four digit pin code and that’s a lock pin code. Anytime you locked the nest thermostat asked for a pin code. So just think back to the last time you locked it and that’s the pin code you used.

@mcd1 , whom set up the Google Nest Thermostat for you? Did you buy it used from the previous owner?
