Hi There,
I bought a brand new Nest Thermostat- 4th Generation like 3 months ago.
Start appears that has been off Line.. couple times during the week, after check some You Tube Videos showing to fix this issue is to take out.. and mountain again..
I did but now show Error Wire...
I contact the Facebook guy how sold me the Thermostat and told me that the 30 days store has been pass, and should ask directly to Google nest for Warrantly and provide me the URL or link below
https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9901095?hl=en
I check and all my other Google devices are there but the Thermostat.
Right now I am not sure how can I ask for the Warranty
Any help or tips is going to be more than Welcome.

Hi BETO5,
To submit a warranty claim for your Nest Thermostat, please follow these steps:
Alternatively, you can call the Google Nest support team directly to initiate a warranty claim. The phone number for Google Nest support can be found on the Google Nest Help Center website.
Thank You!

It's there. The very first thermostat listed is the Google Nest Thermostat.
There is no 4th Gen thermostat. It just goes by Nest Thermostat
