My wife and I were both able to control the thermostat via the Nest app loaded onto our iPhones.
My wife had to remove and reload her apps and now she is having trouble reconnecting the thermostat to the app.
We cannot find any QR code on the thermostat to use that to add to Home.
When adding manually we have found the Key number, but once we have done that we are unable to get past the "choose last digits of the thermostat serial number" on the app. WE CANNOT ADD THE NUMBERS OR MOVE ON FROM THIS PAGE.
Has anyone got any ideas?

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble reading the thermostat on your wife's account. There could only be one owner of the thermostat in the app, and if you want others to have access to it, you have to invite them as a family member on your account so they can control it on their phone as well. Follow this link to share a home and devices in the Google Home app for a step-by-step process.

Just an update. The thermostat concerned a Nest Learning Thermostat and we cannot find the log in code required. Any suggestions
