Nest Thermostat Compatibility

I have ordered new Google Nest Thermostat G4CVZ Smart Thermostat Wi-Fi i want to know this will be compatible with current system. if anyone can tell me. I will appreciate it. Picture of my current thermostat system and google e nest both are attached below.

Yes, it is compatible.

Just match the labels on your current thermostat to the labels on the Nest. You can ignore the silver jumper between the R and RC terminals, as the Nest will internally jump the two together if needed.

I recommend using that spare blue wire to create a C wire. Just connect it to the C terminal at the thermostat and in the furnace/air handler.
