Hello,
Does Nest Thermostat E have two sensors - one in the Heat Link and one in the display?
I need to use two sensors - one in the bedroom, one in the hallway.
Will it be possible with Nest Thermostat E?
My understanding is that the additional Nest Temperature Sensors don't work in the UK.

The temperature sensor is in the thermostat, not the heat link. The Nest Temperature Sensor works with Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd generation and Nest Thermostat E but only in United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Thank you David, really appreciated. I read an article that Heat Sink has an additional sensor, but maybe they are wrong.
I need Nest to use hallway temperate during the day and bedroom temperature at night. It is my understanding the learning thermostat is not for that. Can this be achieve me by buying E and moving it around?

Strictly speaking yes, however because the thermostat works best when it stays in one place, you shouldn’t really move it after you’ve chosen a good spot. Features like automatic switching to Eco Temperature depend on the thermostat being able to get consistent temperature and activity readings from the same spot in your home.
Also, you need to place your thermostat within wireless range of the Heat Link (30m maximum). To control your system, your thermostat needs to be connected to Heat Link. If the connection is not strong enough, it may not function correctly.

Since I haven't heard from you in a while, I'll have to close this thread. Should anything else come up, please open another thread and we'll take it from there. Have a good one and stay safe!

Thanks for reaching out to us @AndreyUK . I would be happy to try and assist.
To clarify, the Heat Link for the E version of the thermostat does have a temperature sensor in it, but it is not one that can be used to switch between with the thermostat. It is only used by the Heat Link to monitor the temperature in the surroundings.
Like @David_K mentioned, thank you for all the great input and information, you can move it around but keep in mind that certain features or the connection to the Heat Link could be affected.
For controlling multiple areas we generally recommend a zoned system with multiple zone valves and a thermostat for each zone. You can read more about this here: https://goo.gle/37Apg7R .
