Hi all. First time poster.
Just unboxed my thermostat E. It's just now stuck with the symbol asking me to go to the app. But when I do that it always gives me an error when trying to connect to my WiFi .
I've tried splitting the bands, turning off the firewall etc. But no luck. Any ideas please?

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Could you please share with us a photo of your thermostat showing the symbol? Also, what is the specific code or message you are seeing there?

Thanks for replying. I figured it out in the end thank you.
I tried another device! For some reason the setup process worked on my wifes Samsung phone and Lenovo tablet but NOT on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. The irony ay!
All sorted now though thank you
