Isn’t usb only for charging?

Yes it is only for charging but it's just doing it very very slowly, if at all - the red light is flashingWhatsApp Image 2021-10-20 at 19.45.02.jpeg

Try to reset it,  push and hold it

I tried it’s not working

Hi @Daniherenow , I would be happy to try and assist.

It is possible that the internal battery is drained so we can try to recharge it directly.

Hold the stand with one stand and with the other grab the rotating ring on the display. Pull it towards you, it will detach from the stand. On the back you will notice a micro-USB port. Use that to connect the display to something like a phone charger and let it charge for 90 minutes.

Once done place it back on the stand and see if it turns on. Make sure the stand is connected to power, the thermostat requires to have a constant power supply to function.

If it does not make sure to also try a different cable and adapter if you have any on hand.

Best regards,

AlexD
