I've had a Nest Thermostat E for just over 1 year and have started to have some issues with it holding a charge. When I charge it via micro usb, the charge only lasts for about 24 hours after I replace it on its base. I tried to troubleshoot using a guide on the community page and reset the thermostat, but now it won't connect to the wifi or the nest app. I reset again, the same problem. Please let me know what I can do!

I've had the same issue. At first it took a charge for a while, like maybe a day, but now I'll charge it all day and it just dies on the base.
