Setting up a delay for fan

Can I use Nest to delay fan shut off after ac or heat mode cycles? If so, how? I could set up my honeywell thermos to delay fan shut off for up to several minutes to use energy left over in coils and to dry out coils when ac was running.

Nest Thermostat - keep in stage 1 cooling to run on solar

Hi, I would like the Nest Thermostat to stay in stage one cooling during late afternoons so I can run the AC mostly on power from my solar panels while they are producing energy. Let me know how to set this up or if this is possible. Thank you!

Nest thermostat not recognizing green wire

Went though everything (twice) and the thermostat still will not recognize the green wire. Meaning I cannot control the the fan manually. The option does appear on the settings.
