Hi there, tried hundreds of times to connect my phone to my G Nest Thermostat E but still getting the same error, TD023. I have tried with 3 different phones and several Wi-Fi routers running on 2.5G and 5G networks. Nothing would help. It‘s a brand new thermostat and it is the initial setup. Bluetooth on my phone was on all the time and in restarted the thermostat and the app multiple times as I was busy with it for a week now.
