Hi, moved into a new house that has a Nest Thermostat E already installed. Did the factory reset so we could set up an account and it is taking us through the installation process. But it is already installed! Not sure where or how I have gone wrong. It is asking me to turn the electric to the house off and what thermostat are we replacing. There is no option to skip this and say one is already installed? Help…
