Nest Thermostat Report Stopped Arriving

I was receiving monthly thermostat reports up until March. I haven't received any reports since despite the notifications being turned on in my nest app. Anyone have this problem?

  1. What specific Nest thermostat model do you have? (Please visit our Help Center to know more about how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.)
  2. Have you made any recent changes to your Nest account or Google Home setup? For example, have you migrated your Nest account to a Google account, gotten a new phone, reinstalled the Nest app, or changed your home's Wi-Fi network?
  3. Are you still receiving any other notifications from the Nest app for your thermostat (e.g., temperature alerts, system status changes)? This helps us know if other notifications are working.
  4. What was the exact date of the last report you received in March?
  5. Have you performed any hard resets or factory resets on your thermostat since March? Also, have you experienced any recent power outages that might have affected the thermostat?

Your answers to these questions will help us pinpoint why these reports have stopped and how we can get them coming to you again.
