My Nest thermostat has not been showing usage for over 2 months now. Nest support said it is a known issue and they are working on it, However I have been reading about this problem since January 2021, so it seems to be longstanding. Has anyone found a workaround? Am getting desperate now and feeling v angry that Nest thermostats are still being sold with so many unresolved faults. Help appreciated. Thanks

Hi Edward, last time I was at the property I could see the usage on the nest thermostat but not on the app, even if I tap on the day. As I haven’t been there for a while, I don’t know if it’s still showing usage on the thermostat. I have a learning thermostat but the learning part is switched off. I will have to find the case number and get back to you shortly. Hope you can help. Thanks
