Brand new thermostat will not wake up

What model of the Nest Thermostat do you have? And, do you have a C wire ?

I'm having the same problem.  I've got 5 wires: yellow, white, red, green, and blue (which is a "C" common wire).  I've followed the instructions provided in the "Learn More" (e.g., disconnected all other Bluetooth devices, put in new AAA batteries, etc ) but still not working
