Nest Thermostat Setup

I reset my thermostat and cannot set it back up.

I have the app but and have it setup but cannot control it from the thermostat.

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Are you able to see the thermostat in your Google Home or Nest app? Also, are you trying to control the thermostat manually or through the Google Home or Nest app?
