Nest Thermostat W5 error

I'm a Google Nest thermostat 3rd generation owner, but my Google Nest is unable to establish remote connection because of the w5 error. I have tried every steps - restart, reset, etc.- as possible as I can but my devices can’t detect WiFi networks at all and that soft, hard and factory resetting didn’t work.
