Nest Thermostat Wiring Compatability

Hi All, 

I have two thermostats, one downstairs and one up. The downstairs had 6 wires and the upstairs has 8 wires. The wires are C, G, Y, O/B, R Aux, S1 &S2. I was wondering what do I do with the S1 and S2 wires since my nest doesn't have wiring slots for those?

Thanks for reaching out — I'm sorry for the delay. Nest Thermostats don't have a terminal for the sensor, as it has a built in sensor already. You can keep those wires (S1 and S2) stay disconnected.
