I did that already and it told me to take a pic and follow a link which is how I ended up here. I saw in this same forum how people were advised on the wiring. Thank you tho.
Ah, so yes you should take a photo, go to the google support pagehttps://support.google.com/googlenest?hl=en#topic=7029097, and instead of community forums (where we are now), click on contact us, and that will connect you to an agent. We are simply other community members here.
