If I try and connect via iOS to see my HW schedule, it just shows all the days for about 1 second, no settings and then closes down the page.
Also, if I try and view it via web, it just brings up a blank page

Thank you for letting us know about this issue and I can understand how confusing this must be. I just want to confirm from what country this device are installed? Also please provide the make and model of the thermostat for us to provide accurate troubleshooting for each device.

It is a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation and is installed in the UK
