Nest Thermostat compatibility with photo

Hi!  Is my thermostat compatible with a nest thermostat?

It appears that you have a very conventional HVAC system and it is fully 100% compatible with a nest thermostat.

I have the same wiring as pictured. Are all Nest thermostats compatible with this type of system or is one model recommended over the other considering the Rh>Rc jumper? Thanks.

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I hope you get the answer you're looking for. Please be advised that the Nest Thermostat doesn't need jumping wires. You can visit this support article to get more information about compatibility.
