Hi
First time on the blog. I have received both the May and June Nest report stating they had no energy use data reported by my Learning thermostat? It was installed in October 2021. And has no WiFi connectivity issues. My Nest app and thru Google Home is working correctly.
Suggestions? Thank you!

Hi Jake - yes just received the latest Nest Home Report monthly summary report and it is now into the 3rd month where my Nest is not reporting any data. The article does show how I can pull it up - and I do see it on my Home app and on the Nest app etc. So not sure why the monthly report keeps stating no data from the thermostat? Thanks for troubleshooting!

Glad to be of help, and sorry to hear you are still having trouble with the monthly report not showing your data. Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up with you. I have found other users who are having the same trouble, and it does appear that this may be a bug. I have not found any workarounds yet, and will be sure to update you once more details have been obtained. Sorry about that.
