Hi all, Our nest thermostat has suddenly stopped working. Boiler and hot water working fine. Message error 71 keeps appearing but there are no lights on our heat link (before and after holding the button down for 20 seconds). Could anybody suggest what we should do to get it to work please? We'd be very grateful for any advice! Thank you!
