Hello,
As of Saturday Oct 29, 2022 I installed a thermostat. I was not able to login to the Nest app. I have migrated but cannot connect to the app. Thank you

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.
I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps when having trouble signing in on the Nest app.
