Just one power outage, and the thermostat cannot connect to wifi any more. I took off the batteries for 12 hours, and nothing happened (thermostat is the one with mirro face). Google customer service told me to buy a new one because the warranty did not cover it. No button for factory reset? You really should fire this product manager, Google. I wish Apple the best!

Great! The google nest thermostat customer service just hung up my phone. I hope someone from Google can look into this. This is very shocking!
