Nest Thermostat problem Wifi and wiring issue

Just installed a nest thermostat. Having two different issues. Cannot get it to connect to my Nest app. But it will connect to the Google home app.

Next to the heat symbol there is an explanation point. When I click on the icon it says "to use emergency heat turn on the thermostat", if I turn it on it says "use emergency heat?, "if you do it will be expensive" an M7 code. I have an air conditioner with a heat pump. I am replacing a nest learning thermostat that stopped working and it had an auxiliary/W2 spot for the wire  and the regular Nest Thermostat only has a W wire Any suggestions? Thanks

To clarify, could you confirm which Nest Thermostat model you have currently? Please share with us a photo of its wiring setup. This is to check on how it was labeled. Also, what type of HVAC system do you have?
