Nest Thermostat stopped recognizing C wire

My Nest Thermostat has worked fine for about a month, then suddenly shows an error code stating that there is no power to the C wire. 

Any information on why this would happen?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Did you make any changes on your thermostat? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
