Nest Thermostat unresponsive

My Thermostat died and has had a blinking green light. I removed it from the housing, charged it with a USB cable overnight, and followed the "reset" instructions. Still nothing.
We have more than one Nest Thermostat, and I tried it on another housing, and it was unresponsive. I tried a working thermostat on the initial housing of the unresponsive Nest and it did work. 
I've checked the wiring and it is correct.
