Nest Thermostat error w5

My Nest Learning Thermostat decided it didn't like my wifi and disconnected after workin perfectly for 2 months.  I've restarted, same error w5.

Could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried? If you haven't tried anything yet, try performing a hard restart on it by pressing and holding the screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh.
