need another email on the nest thermostat upgrade I thought I had a 3rd generation due to size of display. I now believe I have a generation 2

I received the promo code for my nest but erased it and can’t get it back. I erased the email because I assumed it did not apply to me as I thought I had a gen 3. Turns out I had a gen 2 and would like another promo code. You can only use one promo code per serial number so I dont understand why this has to be so hard. Please resend me a promo code. Thank you.

When I went into the community board I seen the form, filled it out and sent it in.

I found filled out the form put my serial number in and still getting sent from one department to another. Please resolve. Thanks.

Thanks hopefully it will go smooth!

I answered all the same questions again gave my serial number again explained I erased the original email now they are trying to say the promo code was redeemed which is not try. Prove to me the promo code for that serial number was redeemed and if so what address or who got it because I sure didn’t.

The “Team” finally sent me a promo code unfortunately when I went to use it. The promo code that was sent to me will not work in Canada. This is absolutely incredible. I have reached out to the team again. It seems like they don’t look or pay attention to the information I’ve already gave them several times.

I contacted the store, contacted the team site didn’t work was told to wait 24 hours before trying again waited over 24 hours tried again still can’t redeem promo code seems like your site has issues or you guys are playing with like a cat does a mouse.
