Nest Thermostat won’t load on my Display

McEvillyM

My Nest Thermostat is connected and working just fine in the Google home app but the Google Display and speakers around the house won’t respond to voice commands for the thermostat. The display just says it’s “still loading”. It’s been like this for 2 days. Any help is appreciated.

It is my understanding that the Google Hub Max Display and the Google Mini speakers communicate with the Google Home app data to control the Nest Thermostat.  They do not directly control the thermostat.  If you are having a a problem, make sure all devices use the same account email.  Ensure the Hub Max and speakers are registered in your Google Home app.
