Nest Thermostat working but blank screen

It might have lost power somehow try pulling it off base and re attach & see if screen comes back on. Good luck

Hi folks,

 

@CMW_ , thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Please perform the steps below: 

 

  1. Inspect the thermostat display. Remove the thermostat display from its base and check if any connector pins are bent.
  2. Ensure that the wires are connected properly. Check if the thermostat wires are secured in their terminals and all the buttons are down.
  3. If you have verified that the connector pins are not bent and the wires are connected properly, charge the thermostat via a micro-USB cable and  plug the thermostat’s display into a power outlet and leave it plugged in for an hour.
