My screen won’t display anything all of a sudden, any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear about your thermostat and for the delay but thanks for reaching out. 

What specific Nest thermostat do you have? When did this start happening? Also, if this is the Nest E or Nest Learning Thermostat, have you tried charging the display via USB cable? Check this out: https://goo.gle/2JgQEwI
