Nest Thermostat

Since migrating to Google, I cant read or adjust my older Nest thermostat from either the Nest App or the Google home app. How do I fix this? I want to add a second Nest thermostat for another zone, but I won't install it until I can fix this.

Hi Jake:

 
I’m not sure what you mean by showing offline. But after I migrated to Google, all I see on my iPhone and desktop is the screen that says “Home” and “Away.” Oddly enough, my wife’s iPhone still has all the features displayed: temperature settings, schedule, etc. She did not migrate to Google.
I’ve reset the thermostat, reinstalled the Nest app and the Google Home apps on my phone. No change. 
Any other ideas?

I'm sorry for the late reply, and I know it has been a while, but I wanted to ensure that everything is covered here.

How's it going with your thermostats? Have you managed to login to the Nest app? If you already have your thermostat connected to the app, there's no need to reset it; just make sure to sign in with the email address associated with your thermostat.
