Nest Thermostat

I need help ASAP.  My nest is set to increase temperature  (2)times daily.  This was done accidentally

My bill is averaging $400. monthly  this is unaffordable.

How do I change the program so this does not happen

All you have to do is use your Nest app, and turn off your schedule. You will then need to manually set the temperature you want it to maintain. Also, you can edit your schedule and delete the days that contain the temperature increases or otherwise lower the amount if you want to change them to.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. Were you able to try the recommended troubleshooting steps provided by CoolingWizard? Also, disabling Home/Away Assist and Auto Schedule if they’re not in use, might help.
