Nest Thermostat

Cannot connect to Wi-Fl. New thermostat. Have tried multiple times to connect with no success. Have tried all your suggestions.....

When you go to the thermostat, wake it up, got to SETTINGS > NETWORK and do you see any WiFi SSIDs listed?

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum. I’d like to take a look at this for you. 

A few questions: What type of Nest thermostat do you have? How far away is the thermostat from the router? And, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?
