Nest Thermostat

Although I have a schedule set on my phone, through the app, my system is not following the schedule.  Please help.

Hello dhatter,

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat not following your set temperature schedules. Let's sort this out.

If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, ensure that the Auto-schedule is Off on its Nest Sense settings. You can also disable the Home and Away Assist to avoid a sudden switch in temperature mode. For the Nest Thermostat 2020 model, check the Routines to see if there are thermostat actions available. If so, remove it or edit it if needed.

Once you're done checking all the settings above, restart your thermostat to refresh, and let me know if that helps.
