Nest Thrtmostat

One of my stats is completely black, no life no flashing light. will not start from ride over switch, no life on this either.

My second stat had to be started from ride over switch. Any Help

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostats do you have? Any recent changes made on their setup, your HVAC system or the wiring before this started happening?
