Nest Warranty claim system is not working

JTGreisman
Community Member

My nest learning thermostat stopped working recently. After changing mode from heat to cool, it intermittently let the ac run it turned on and off every minute or so, and eventually the thermostat stopped working altogether and has no power. My hvac contractor tested the complete system with his own thermostat and the system works fine. His thermostat received power. He advised the nest thermostat is not working. I bought it in November.  I filed a warranty claim a month or so ago and received no response, no email or anything . I filed another last weekend and again, no response. The warranty claim system is not functioning. Can I please be assisted?

The best thing to do here is to contact the support team directly. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
