Nest app lost my thermostat. And I’m 2200 miles away

The nest app seems to have started all over again and has lost my thermostat.  And I’m 2200 miles away.

Are you logged on with the same Google account you used to set up the thermostat? Are you accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" in which you set it up?

Thankfully it solved itself. Have no idea how or why, but suddenly the thermostat reappeared.
