Nest app not working

It’s been over four days that I’m not able to adjust my thermostat from my phone because the nest app does not display the instruments needed to make the adjustment. I have the nest thermostat generation four and the home screen does not show the sensor know the thermostat  I called and reported the issue and was told it was a unknown issue and that they are working on it. Again, it’s been more than four days.

We are aware of reports that users began experiencing an issue around July 12, 2025, where they are unable to open the thermostat controller in the Google Home app after pairing a Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen. Engineering is actively investigating the issue. I recommend you stay tuned to our social media platforms, as this is something that may be solved as soon as possible.
