Our thermostat is no longer connected to internet. We have reset many times and removed from app. We can’t get it to recognize our WiFi anymore. Anyone else have this happen?

My issue isn’t specific to the thermostat, but I have the same issue you mentioned about a previously working Google Nest Wi-Fi that now no longer can be recognized. It’s been flashing yellow and I’ve done a network reset, factory reset and unplugged it several times. My modem is working fine and has a stable internet connection. First day using this thing and lack of support is a disaster.

Check to see if you Nest is fully charged, hundreds of people are having issue with the Nest recently losing charges and dropping off the wifi due to low battery, the Google is doing nothing about it.

Hey folks,
Sorry for the delay here but thanks for posting.
Appreciate your answer as well, Mingchan240.
wladykam, as your concern is different from the original poster's, please create a separate thread and ensure that you've selected the right product. Our specialists handling Google Nest Wifi would be able to help you there.
BrandiC, I'm jumping in to check if everything is good here. Have you had the chance to check the battery level of your thermostat like what was suggested above? What type of Nest thermostat is this? Also, are you getting a specific message or a code when trying to get it connected to any WiFi network?
Best,
Melba
