Nest blows warm air not cold when AC on

Brand new nest, will not blow cold air. It seems to be actually blowing hot. I thought maybe fan was running with no AC, But temp coming out close to 100, checked  outdoor temp, closer to 92. Here is wiring. I put other unit back on, works fine. Attempted to attach pics, but files are too large. Everything hooked up perfect

Sounds like you have a heat pump system need to verify what wire is connected on the nest mounting plate and if it’s all same as your old one need to go thru setting and switch from O to B or B to O on the heat type settings

Hi folks,

@Drew82, thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you.

Please send us a photo of your old thermostat wiring configuration and a photo of how you connected the thermostat wire to your Nest Thermostat.

I appreciate your help, @HVAC
