Nest compatibility - can I use a nest thermostat with this system? How do I install?

Hey Lstein1,

Sorry to hear you are still having trouble. I would be more than happy to help out and see if we can get you up and running. Taking a closer look at the picture sent, you will want to ensure that the Nest Thermostat does not have any jumper wires.

There is a chance your B wire might be a C wire instead, and I would recommend reviewing this article as it should help you identify that. Please let me know if that helps. You can also look into having a Nest Pro come out and install the device. They would be able to ensure everything is working properly and you are good to go.
