Nest cooling instead of heating

I recently installed Nest Learning Thermostat. It cools just fine - my home has heating and cooling. But when I set it to heat it turns orange but cold air blows and temperature actually drops after few minutes.

I am guessing this is incorrect wiring issue. Am attaching pics of old thermostat wiring, Nest wiring and Nest equipment detected. Any help you can provide?

I am having the same issue but do not have a heat pump, electric only.  And have the Nest E.  Ugh
